Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7-10 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable):
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company or bank, as processing times may vary and it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.

Sale items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or returned.
Exchanges (if applicable):
If you need to exchange a product, please send us an email at info@imedclothing.com and send your item to: iMed Clothing Company, LLC, 10106 Krause Rd Suite 203, Chesterfield, VA 23832, United States.
If exchanging an item(s), iMed Clothing Company will ship out new items at no additional cost to the customer after receiving the original item(s) to be returned. (Item(s) must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.)
iMed Clothing Company will only pay return shipping and replace items if they are deemed defective or damaged. Provided that all items are in the condition stated above, we will gladly exchange merchandise for a different size or color within 30 days of receipt based on tracking information if the product is in stock. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with sending items back to us.
Gifts:
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, an electronic gift certificate code will be emailed to you within 7-10 business days.
If the item WAS NOT marked as a gift when purchased, a refund will be sent to the purchaser via the method of payment that was used during checkout.
***Items That Can Not Be Exchanged or Returned***
The time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary depending on where you live. A tracking number will be provided for you to track your package.
If you are shipping an item to us that is valued at $50 or more, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We DO NOT guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
