Orders will be fulfilled from the warehouse location that will provide you with the fastest shipping method of your items. This may be from the iMed Clothing Company warehouse or the Manufacturer's warehouse. As a result, you may receive more than one package or tracking number. You will receive a tracking number for every package that is sent to you. Always check your spam folder if you have not heard from us regarding shipping updates.
Free shipping
Free standard shipping is available for all Domestic orders with a minimum purchase of $150.00 USD.
Please allow 7-10 business days for the arrival of your order after the order has been shipped. If any portion of your order is deemed out of stock or is back ordered you will be notified within 3-5 business days via the method of communication provided during checkout.
Local Orders
Local delivery is available for deliveries within a pre-defined radius. Delivery fees apply. Please refer to the checkout page to determine if delivery is available in your area and to see the current delivery rate. Orders for local delivery are still processed in the same timeframe as all other orders. Local delivery is only available Monday - Saturday during our normal business hours.
Please note: This service can be discontinued at the discretion of the company or owner without notice. If any portion of your order is deemed out of stock or backordered you will be notified within 3-5 business days via the method of communication provided during checkout. A fulfillment order will be placed for the out of stock or back ordered item(s) and the order will be shipped when it becomes available. If you wish to cancel any items that are out of stock or back ordered please notify us in writing via the Contact Us form within 24 hours after receiving the notification.
Return Policy
Approval for return of merchandise may be requested here or by emailing info@imedclothing.com
Once approved, items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached within 30 business days from the date of delivery.
